Rebecca Leach

Hi, I’m Rebecca Leach— and just two years ago, I was 60 pounds overweight, struggling with low energy, and managing a new diagnosis of type 2 diabetes.

At first, I felt overwhelmed. I was in my 50s, on medication, and unsure where to begin. But something shifted — I decided to take control of my health.

Through consistent, realistic changes in my nutrition and exercise, I lost 60 pounds in just 8 months. I brought my blood sugar under control, and best of all, my doctor took me off all diabetes medication.


Today, I feel stronger, more energized, and healthier than I’ve felt in years. And I want the same for you. That’s why I created Figure-ing My 50s — to help women over 50 build strength, lose weight, and feel amazing in their bodies again.
